What does CBSE online tuition with Acemind include?

Most CBSE students learn with us one-to-one: a single teacher and a single student in a live online class. There is no batch to keep pace with, so a lesson can stay on one NCERT exercise until it clicks, or move briskly through a chapter your child already understands. We match the teacher to the class, the subject and the way your child learns — something we see for ourselves in the free first session.

Some children work better beside classmates, and for them small-group classes are an option too. Mention it when you book, and we will talk through whether a group or one-to-one lessons suit your child’s class and subject.

Tuition covers the full CBSE timetable, from early reading and arithmetic in the primary classes to Physics, Accountancy or Economics in Classes 11 and 12. A child can take one subject or several, and brothers and sisters in different CBSE classes can each learn with us.

With 500+ students taught and 20+ teachers on the team, Acemind Academy works across CBSE and four other boards. For a CBSE family, that means a teacher matched to the CBSE class and subject your child needs, not a general tutor adapting another syllabus.

How does CBSE tuition change from Class 1 to Class 12?

For tuition purposes the CBSE years fall into four rough steps, and what a good tutor does changes with each one:

  • Classes 1–5: reading with understanding, number sense and the habit of explaining an answer aloud, in patient, lively lessons.
  • Classes 6–8: subjects separate out, NCERT’s newer middle-stage textbooks bring in more activities and open-ended questions, and maths moves from arithmetic towards early algebra.
  • Classes 9–10: the secondary years. Class 9 lays the base, and Class 10 ends in the CBSE board exam, with internal assessment running through the year.
  • Classes 11–12: senior secondary. Students choose a stream such as Science or Commerce, chapters go much deeper, and Class 12 closes with another board exam.

Looking for a CBSE tuition centre near you?

A parent searching for a CBSE tuition centre nearby usually wants two things: a teacher who genuinely knows the CBSE syllabus, and no long commute after a full school day. Live online classes answer both. The teacher comes to your child’s desk through the screen, and the time saved on travel goes back into study, play or rest.

It also widens the choice of teacher. Instead of settling for whoever lives closest, your child is matched from our whole team, so a student in Thrissur, Kozhikode or Kannur draws on the same pool of teachers as anyone else. CBSE also runs well beyond India — many Indian schools in the Gulf follow it — and students abroad use the same NCERT books.

All your child needs is a laptop, tablet or smartphone, a steady internet connection and a quiet corner with the textbook and a notebook.

How do classes keep pace with your child’s CBSE school?

A CBSE school year moves quickly: periodic tests, half-yearly exams, notebook checks and projects all compete for attention. Early on, the teacher asks about your child’s school timetable and test dates, then works on the chapter the class is currently studying, so tuition supports school instead of running on a separate track.

CBSE question papers increasingly check whether a student can apply an idea, not only recall it. As the board years approach, teachers practise the formats your child will face —case-based questions, assertion–reason items and longer answers that need clear working — using NCERT exercises and NCERT Exemplar problems as the base.

How do parents stay informed?

After each class you receive a written note from us covering the topic taught, the questions your child attempted, the point where they hesitated and how the teacher handled it, and the practice set for next time. Our team checks every summary before it is published, and the parent portal keeps them beside a history of past and upcoming classes.

Teachers can explain in English or Malayalam, whichever helps your child understand faster. If the match ever feels wrong, let us know and we will find your child a different teacher.
